This is one of the series with such a beautiful yet heartbreaking perfect story line. Take a look at other series, and look at this series. 2016 was a while ago and with so much improvement that has happened over the years, this series has a chance of reversing that down fall. And i wait and wait for the second season, only to be disappointed. You guys made us fall into the trap of this series and then you tell us that you will not finish it? Both the actor and the actress are so great! there is not a single series from each of them that i have not seen. It was because of Moon Lovers that i started to watch more Korean series that relate to history. I simply do not understand how such an amazing series could have gotten low ratings. the amount of emotions i am unable to explain with words. I invested my nights and sleep just because of the amount of emotions i felt in the series. I have poured my heart and soul into this series. Wherever u are from this world I highly recommend this show to you and your soul. Even a 30 minute voice note would not be enough for my praises of this Masterpeice. Ive never written so much about a drama in my life (if u made it this far u areal one), I like to keep it short 99% of the time but this is an exception. although their apperances were short lived they made the biggest impact on my perception of this drama. The rest of the comments have Boasted about the main leads however for me Madam and court lady Oh performances were out this world. Out of this world I must say LJG was handsome as ever (no brainer!!!!). I must say IU was soooo effortlessly beautiful throughout the whole 20 episodes ive seen over 200+ kdramas and ive never seen such consistency from an actress. Never again will I base a drama on just ratings I hope u dont too. This was a near perfect drama the elite cast, hands down the best selection of OST's in any drama, the plot and the way it won our hearts.Įven after 4 whole years (first time I'm watching), I nearly cried for real and to say this drama deserves much more is an understatement (the ratings do not do any justice). Undoubtly one of the best Historical kdramas and without a doubt a kdrama I will never be able to forget.
